How To Breeze?

Must be 18 years of age, or older with a Valid Drivers License to rent or ride a Breeze Scooter.

Breeze App

Download the App and Create Account

Start by downloading the Breeze app on your smartphone. It’s available for both IOS and Android devices.

Open the app and create an account with your personal information, including your payment details. You’ll need a valid credit/debit card or other payment methods to rent a Breeze scooter.

Locate Scooters

Locate Nearby Scooters via map

Once you’ve set up your account, the app will display a map showing the locations of available Breeze scooters near you. You can use the app’s map to find the nearest scooters.

Scan the QR Code

Use the app to scan QR code

Approach the scooter you want to rent and use the app to scan the QR code on the scooter’s handlebars. This will unlock the scooter for you.

Safety Check

Before Riding, a Quick Safety Check

Before riding, perform a quick safety check on the scooter. Ensure the tires are properly inflated, the brakes work, and there are no visible issues with the scooter, due to the outbreak of covid-19 Breeze don’t provide helmets, but we recommend the use of a helmet (rider supply).

Start Riding

Push off with Your Foot to Start Moving

Once the scooter is unlocked, push off with your foot to start moving, and then use the throttle on the handlebars to control your speed. Be sure to obey and follow all local traffic laws.

Riding Guidelines

Follow the Rules of the Road

Follow the rules of the road and ride in designated bike lanes or sidewalks when available, when riding on sidewalk pedestrians have the right of way. Absolutely No reckless riding, stunts or being a nuisance to others, single rider only! Always be mindful of pedestrians and other vehicles.

End Your Ride

When You’re Done, Please Park Scooter

When you’re done with your ride, please park scooter responsibly, don’t block driveways, loading zones, pathways or in a manner to obstruct pedestrians on the sidewalk.

Lock the Scooter

Take a Photo of Scooter Properly Parked

To end your ride, use the app to End the scooter ride and take a photo of scooter properly parked. This will stop the timer for your rental, and you’ll be charged accordingly.

Review and Payment

Review the Trip Details in the App

After your ride, you can review the trip details in the app and confirm the payment. Breeze will then charge your payment method for the rental.

Regulation

Remember to check your local regulations regarding e-scooter usage, as rules and availability may vary by city or region. Always prioritize safety and be a responsible rider when using Breeze or any other electric scooter service and remember that you are riding at your Own Risk!
